What we collect and why

Email, name, billing country and order details — to deliver your purchase, send your access link, handle refunds and meet accounting obligations (legal basis: contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, and legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c)). Payment card data is handled directly by Stripe; we never see it.

Processors

Stripe (payments), Supabase (order database and file storage), Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare (DNS and security), and — if enabled — Resend (transactional email). Some may process data outside the EU under Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention

Order records are kept for as long as required by accounting and tax law (typically 10 years in Slovakia), then deleted.

Cookies & tracking

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Only technically necessary data is processed to deliver your purchase.

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Contact us at aestheticrenegade@gmail.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in Slovakia: Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR).
